An Argentinian ensemble founded by Alejandro Iglesias Rossi, a composer highly regarded worldwide. The ensemble consists of thoroughly classically educated musicians and performs contemporary music, frequently with elements of improvisation. They perform on their own reconstructions of pre-Columbian instruments from South America, such as e.g. chajchas, sikus, sonajeros, tarka, tutu, bajun, erke, gaita, pututu, quenacho, trutruca, berimbao, charango, bombo, quena, tumbadora, ceja, quijadas, yaku, erkencho, and wakrapuku. They combine traditional instrumental sound with new electronic media.
